Emma is an excellent realtor. She helped us sell our condo and buy a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood. I don't think we could find another agent doing a better job. First of all, Our condo was a difficult sale because it was going through an HOA special assessment and most buyers were worried about the uncertainties, while, Emma was very patient and thoughtful, explaining to every buyer the pros and cons, and addressing their concerns. She held many open houses and did on-line marketing, drawing a lot of attentions. At the end, we got a strong offer. The buyer wanted to close fast adding stress to the process, but Emma helped coordinate with the buyer making it a win-win deal. Secondly, during the purchasing process, we faced pressure of a very tight schedule imposed from the builder between acceptance of offer of the condo and removing the contingency of buying the new house. Emma was very smart finding a solution keeping every party happy and still getting the best deal for us. To be short, Emma is knowledgeable, thoughtful and resourceful, we highly recommend her for your real estate.
